All generated content is synthetic
Content produced by the Cucking.me app is generated by AI. The scenes depicted are fictional and are not recordings of real events. No human performers are employed or recorded by us in the creation of generated content.
Uploaded images of real people
Where a user uploads photographs of a real person for use in generation, that user certifies that every person depicted is at least 18 years old and has given explicit consent to the use of their image, as required by our Terms of Use. We maintain records of uploads and act on consent disputes through our likeness removal process.
Removal
Anyone who believes their likeness is being used in the app without consent can request removal at /remove-my-likeness. Requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
Zero tolerance
Content involving minors, in any form, is prohibited absolutely, removed immediately, and reported to the relevant authorities.
